Cost Plus Games is an Australian brand offering high-quality TCG accessories with transparent, cost-plus pricing. You pay what we pay, plus a fair 15% margin and GST.

How does your pricing work?

We start with the product’s true cost (including production, shipping, and import fees), add a flat 15% margin, then add GST. No hidden markups, ever.

What products do you sell?

We offer a range of TCG accessories, including playmats, card sleeves, deck boxes, binders, and display cases — all designed to support and protect your cards.

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Australia and serve gamers across the country.

We currently have 1 warehouse in Perth, WA

Do you ship internationally?

We do now! Right now we are limited to USA, UK, Canada and NZ.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Most Australian orders arrive in 5–10 business days, but remote areas can take longer. If tracking shows delays, contact us and we’ll help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Are your products officially licensed?

While our accessories are designed for TCG players, they are not officially licensed by specific game brands.

How do I clean my playmat?

We recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap. Avoid harsh scrubbing and machine drying to keep your mat in top shape.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently, we focus on our core product range, but we’re exploring custom and limited-edition options in the future.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order just one item or as many as you like.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are your accessories tournament legal?

Yes! Our playmats, sleeves, and other accessories are designed to meet standard tournament guidelines.

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-only store at the moment, which helps keep our prices low and accessible.

Our sleeves use consistent industry-standard materials and dimensions like popular brands, but we don’t charge for branding, marketing, or packaging overhead — that’s how we keep prices fair. Many players find our sleeves shuffle just as smoothly for play use.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

If you place multiple orders within a short window, we may be able to combine them and adjust shipping costs. Contact support with your order numbers as soon as possible.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

How do I choose the right sleeve size?

Check the listed dimensions against your card size. For example, standard Pokemon and Magic cards typically fit “standard” sleeves, while smaller game cards may need “mini” sleeves. If you’re unsure, email us a photo and card dimensions.

Do you restock sold-out items regularly?

Yes — popular items are restocked periodically. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified when they’re back.

Can I get bulk pricing or wholesale?

We’re open to larger orders for events, stores, or community groups. Contact us with the quantity and products you need and we’ll see if a tailored price is possible.
